If something arrives wrong or a covered issue appears within one year of delivery, send us photos or a short video so we can review it quickly. Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement part, replacement item, or another practical solution.

Accidental damage, misuse, and damage caused by pets scratching or chewing are not covered.
